Pricing FAQ

Can I upgrade without earning points first?⌄
No. The points requirement is enforced by the platform — you cannot pay to unlock Trusted or Pillar without reaching the required point threshold first. This is non-negotiable and will never change.
What happens if my points drop below the threshold?⌄
Points are permanent — they cannot be removed once earned. So your score will never drop. The only direction is up. Once you unlock a tier, you keep access as long as you maintain your subscription.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?⌄
Yes. You can switch to annual billing at any time and we'll apply the savings from your next billing cycle. Switching back to monthly is also possible with 30 days notice.
Is there a free trial for Trusted or Pillar?⌄
We don't offer a free trial — but we do offer something better: the free tier lets you build your score indefinitely with no time limit. When you're ready to unlock visibility, you'll already have proven your track record.
Do clients pay anything to use Mantra?⌄
Never. Browsing, searching, reading reviews, and leaving verified reviews are completely free for clients — always. Mantra is free for the people who need to find trustworthy help.
What currencies are accepted?⌄
Payments are processed in USD. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Local bank transfer options for Paraguayan providers are in development.
Can I cancel at any time?⌄
Yes, always. Cancel monthly billing any time — your profile returns to Seeker tier at the end of the billing period, but your points, reviews, and transaction history remain permanently on your profile.
